...sorry seems to be the hardest word.....



oh...my..my...why my name on list...yeah i know that all of us gonna be presenting about our personal blog today...but then mdm already picked my name up for the first group presented....mdm can you please exchange my name with others...im not ready yet...somebody help me out of this prob!!!! (2 la wt keje last minute) see...what happen....don't take any works that have been told early for granted...you will regret it later on..huhuhuh....it sounds like me.. ;p

if you take it for granted you will pay the price at the end...seriously...i'had a bad experience of that...it's likes a nigthmare to me...you know.....im feel lilttle bit frusrated because my blog doesn't have any kind of sounds that can attract your attention to stop by at my blog and read it..it is because i don't know how to add on the sound into my blog..huhuhu....but i have to figure it out by myself.....hihihihi...im sorry for everything my beloved lecturer.

hi guys...huhuhu.i don't know where to start....huhuhu...last week, i went to my auntie house which located at t.t.d.i....im so excited actually cause my cousin just come back from Perth. we are so close since we were child..she always be there for me in order to release my stress and also give me support from behind.....i love to hang out with her, because by doing that our relationship are getting closer then before..last saturday, my cousin n i went to sunway pyramid. i want to buy a pair of shoe and she just spending all the time by company me.she also give me an opinion about the shoes that i choose.she a little bit choosy, we also have a different opinion but then we can negotiate with each others.at last, i didn't buy anything neither do my cousin..both of us were so happy that day...at night we went to cinema and watch scary movie...don't know why, both of us have same interest and taste...sometimes we love to exchange our clothes and so on...but for sure we not gonna share our boyfriends...huhuhu...just kidding...

1st blog for Mdm. MoNiSa

hi, im nik radhiah bt nik aziz. im originally from Kota Bharu, Kelantan...here, i wanna share with u all guys about the importance of vitamin. as we all know, vitamins are an organic chemical compounds required in small amounts by the body. without we realize there are thirteen vitamins that needed by the human body. most of them be ingested as the body is not able to make them. vitamins may be classified into two types fat soluble and water soluble.









The fat soluble vitamins are vitamins A, E, D and K. As they are fat soluble, they can be stored in body tissue and need not be taken everyday.








Water soluble vitamins like vitamin C and the B vitamins, need to be taken every day because the are used up and excreted by the body.


vitamin deficiency can cause conditions like scurvy (lack of vitamin C) and rickets (lack of vitamin D). it is important to eat various types of food in order to get the vitamins required for the healthy functioning of the body. however, taking more than the required amount of the certain vitamins may have an adverse effect of the health of the body.
